Enjoy this very cozy accommodation with sea views, southwest facing, totally central, next to the port and in 1st line of beach. It is in the heart of the city center and being a lateral you will enjoy tranquility; just 6 min walk from the main Plaza de la Constitución, at the foot of the pedestrian streets and squares with restaurants, bars and stores, but also 6 min from the train station and 4 min from the bus station that will take you all over Andalusia.

The space

Studio on a 3rd floor with elevator. Southwest facing. Very bright all day long. We enter through the cozy entrance hallway welcoming you with its direct view of the entire studio to the bay window overlooking the sea. First we find the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine. Then we reach the kitchenette complete with two ceramic hobs and extractor hood, double sink, microwave, oven and refrigerator with freezer and small appliances, to finally reach the sleeping area which is separated from the kitchen. As you can see in the photos, it has a part with table and chairs very luminous and with sea views.
The studio is very well conditioned and very complete. It has air conditioning hot/cold.

They will also be included in the rental price:
– Sheets and mattress protector and pillows. So a complete spare set depending on the length of stay.
– Comforters in winter.

In the closet you have 2 more pillows at your disposal. Please cover the pillowcases provided with the extra pillows in the closet.

– Bath towels, soap and hair dryer.
