We entered the cozy entrance hallway welcoming him with an uncontrollable invitation to go to the living room and the rest of the apartment.

Spacious, comfortable and pleasant living room with sofa bed 2 pers., 2 armchairs, Smart TV installed on the wall with a double articulated arm to be able to watch it both from the living room that the kitchen and from the dining room if you wish.

The living room opens onto a fully equipped and complete open kitchen, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, etc.. and complete tableware.

Next to it, you will find a corner with a high table and stools that will allow you to have an aperitif with a very pleasant view on the exteriors, the swimming pool, the promenade and its numerous palm trees.

From the living room, through an archway, one enters the dining room with sliding windows and white wooden shutters protecting from the sun and light at any time of the day. The view is open, incomparable in this central part of Fuengirola with its harbor, the promenade with its magnificent palm trees that can not miss being on the Costa del Sol! Not to mention the view over the swimming pool…
In the dining room I assure you breakfasts, lunches, snacks, moments that will remain unforgettable. It consists of a table and chairs and can accommodate up to 6 guests minimum.

The bedroom, equally cozy serenity and elegance, overlooks the rear, which ensures tranquility for your nights of rest. It has blackout curtains to rest at any time of the day with darkness if desired.

The bathroom is also stylish, modern and refined. It has a large space for the Italian shower (with stool, wall handle) including a drying corner, leaving the rest of the space free for another person. It has a cabinet with sink and mirror, WC and washing machine.

The apartment has a mobile and powerful air conditioner and/or fan for the summer, thus respecting the environment, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.

And for the winter, mobile radiator for the living room and bedroom.
