- Immediate attention and advice to owners.
- Monitoring of debtors, suppliers, service companies, and employees.
- Communication with public administrations.
- Periodic inspections for building upkeep and maintenance.
- Implementation of energy-saving systems.
- Management of breakdowns and claims with the community insurance.

- Up-to-date accounting in accordance with the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and with maximum transparency.
- Quarterly reports (or other frequency) upon request from the Board of Directors and the community.

- Forms 111 and 190 (withholding tax). Form 347 (transactions exceeding €3,005.06).
